Toronto Public Health Immunizations

Student immunization records are now being reviewed by Toronto Public Health. Student suspensions for incomplete immunizations will begin April 13, 2018. To avoid a suspension, please do the following:

  1. Ensure your vaccination records are updated by visiting www.toronto.ca/studentvaccines
  2. Students who need vaccines should go see their doctor.
  3. Students who need the meningococcal vaccine (Menactra®), can make an appointment online at www.tphbookings.ca for the free vaccine.
